  • Express Shipping Included: For every purchase of our device, express shipping is included at no extra cost to you. This service ensures that your order is prioritized for the fastest delivery possible.
  • Estimated Delivery Times: Most orders are delivered within 1-3 business days. Delivery times may vary based on your location and any potential carrier delays.
  • Order Processing Timeline: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days from the time of purchase. For custom orders or items that are backordered, we will provide an estimated shipping date at the time of purchase, keeping you informed every step of the way.
  • Carriers and Delivery: We partner with leading carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and DHL to ensure your order is handled with care and arrives on time. The choice of carrier is determined by the specifics of your order and delivery location to optimize shipping efficiency. Delivery times can vary due to factors outside of our control, such as weather conditions and carrier operational delays. We appreciate your patience and understanding in these instances.
  • Tracking and Updates: Upon dispatch, you will receive a tracking number and a link where you can follow the progress of your shipment. We provide regular updates via email to keep you informed about your order status.
  • International Shipping: For our international customers, express shipping is also included. Please note, delivery times may vary based on destination and customs processing. Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties and taxes. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information.
  • Shipping Restrictions: Currently, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes or military addresses. We also have a list of countries we are unable to ship to, which is available upon request.
  • Damaged or Lost Orders: In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately. We will work diligently to resolve the issue, either by replacing the damaged item or investigating the lost shipment. For detailed information on how to handle returns or exchanges related to shipping issues, please read below the returns policy. Customers are responsible for adhering to all relevant laws and regulations, including securing any necessary customs, import, or other permits required to purchase goods from our website. The ability to import or export certain items might be restricted by specific national laws. We cannot guarantee and will not be held accountable for the legal compliance regarding the importation or exportation of our products you have ordered. Should you fail to accept delivery of the ordered products, or not provide clear delivery instructions, we reserve the right to cancel your order and keep the products. In such instances, we will issue a refund for the cost of the products, although you will remain responsible for any incurred delivery charges. In the event that the product is delivered in your absence, and subsequent arrangements for delivery or collection are not made, we will attempt to contact you for further instructions. We may charge additional fees for storage and any further delivery attempts. If we are unable to establish contact or rearrange delivery or collection, we may terminate the delivery. It is the customer's duty to ensure all details, including name, email address, delivery address, and payment information, are accurate upon order. Should any inaccuracies not be corrected or reported to us within two (2) days of insertion, we cannot be held liable for any delivery issues related to these inaccuracies.

Returns

Policy Duration:

Our return policy lasts for 30 calendar days from the date you received your product. This includes weekends and public holidays. If 30 calendar days have passed since your receipt of the product, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Return:

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Condition: The item must be undamaged and in the same condition as you received it. Any signs of wear or damage may result in the return being declined or restocking fee being applied.
  • Packaging: The item must be returned in its original packaging. This includes any boxes, bags, and other packaging materials that were used to protect the item during shipment.
  • Accessories and Components: All accessories and components that were included with the item must be returned as well. This includes cables, manuals, and any other items that were part of the original package. Please note that failure to meet these conditions may result in a refusal of the return or a restocking fee, depending on the condition of the returned item.

Restocking Fee (Applicable to Opened Products):

  • A minimum restocking fee of 5% of the original purchase price is applied to all returned items. This fee covers part of the costs associated with the return process and supports our sustainability initiatives. Whenever possible we aim to keep the restocking fee at minimum.
  • The restocking fee can increase up to 30% in cases where the returned item has visible damage or is missing components. The exact percentage is determined after a thorough evaluation of the item's condition.
  • Completely broken devices, including those with water damage, burn marks, or significant physical damage from falls or other impacts, are not eligible for return. No refund will be given for such items.
  • Waba Technologies reserves the right to dispose of these non-returnable, broken devices in a manner that aligns with our sustainability commitments. We encourage customers to consider environmental factors when disposing of electronic devices and to utilize appropriate electronic waste recycling options where available.

Return Shipping:

  • Waba Technologies facilitates the return process by providing prepaid shipping labels for your convenience.
  • The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount. This ensures a streamlined process and avoids the need for customers to pay upfront shipping costs. To use the provided shipping label, simply attach it to the return package and drop it off at the designated shipping carrier's location.
  • Please ensure that the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. Waba Technologies is not responsible for damage caused by inadequate packaging by the customer.

Refunds (if applicable):

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable):

If you haven’t received a refund yet, check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@waba.health.
